Authentically Me | Unlock your child’s confidence & potential
The last couple of years have been tough on our children and they have faced a lot more challenges than most do in their lifetime. I am sure you can agree that a lot of children have been feeling the effects of the pandemic and are moving through some BIG emotions (whether they know it or not!)
Now more than ever, it is sooo important that children have a safe space where they can learn to connect deeply with themselves and become more aware and conscious in their approach to life.
Introducing Authentically Me
A safe space for children to be SEEN. To be HELD. To EXPRESS and to CREATE.
Dance between mindfulness and self awareness.
Connect with your breath in a moment of stillness.
Embrace heart opening practices that build your resilience.
Express yourself authentically through the most dainty of movements.
Authentically Me is an 8 week immersion combining dance, meditation, flow and beautiful practices to enrich confidence, self love and gratitude… 
In this 8 week program, your child will:
Learn to connect with their breath Be held in whatever they are moving through Dance freely without judgement or expectation Explore their playfulness and imagination Build their “confidence toolkit” Immerse themselves in mindful activities Connect deeply with themselves and others
Authentically Me is heart led and magically divine.
Spaces are extremely limited as we want to keep an intimate close knit group so we can offer an exceptional experience for every child.
Thursday evenings 6:00-6:45pm at Storey Park Community Centre
All ages are welcome to enquire, though it has been intentionally created with the Grade 2-6 age group in mind. If you have a younger child who would love this, please feel free to let us know as we are looking to add more timeslots in the near future.
