DANCE CLASS FEES
We run the studio from the perspective of an everyday, busy parent and as such we try to keep all costs to a minimum and as affordable as possible. We also like to be transparent and upfront about costs, so you can plan accordingly.
For those new to the studio, you can take advantage of our obligation-free DISCOVERY DAY to ensure that Future Gems is the right fit for you and your dancer. Simply click the button below to get started… If your child loves it, your discovery session will be counted as their first lesson and if not, the class is on us!
ADDITIONAL INVESTMENTS
When you join Future Gems for the first time, there will be a new members joining fee of $95 charged upon enrolment. This not only secures your spot in the class, but also allows our Heart Leaders to prepare your child’s welcome pack including their gorgeous purple tutu (or black t-shirt and tights for Grade 2 up) that they get to wear to class each week.
There will also be a costume deposit of $30 per class applied to your term 1, 2 and 3 invoices. This is for the beautiful costume they get to wear on stage at the end of year concert and is yours to keep after the special day!

CASH
All cash payments MUST be placed in an envelope with the following details included: date, name of student, the amount enclosed and what the payment is for. If it is for a term invoice, please also include the invoice number and hand to your teacher. If it is without a detailed envelope, it won’t be accepted.
IMPORTANT NOTES
We value convenience here and we really try to make it as easy as possible for our families. That in mind, we do have some gentle guidelines that are neccessary to ensure the smooth and efficient running of Future Gems and all its families.
PAYMENTS ARE DUE IN ADVANCE
Fees are paid by the term and in advance. During week 8-9 you will be emailed your invoice for the upcoming term and if you have joined us mid term, don’t worry, we will adjust your invoice so that you only pay from your first discovery day. Any changes to classes need to be emailed by week 7 of the current term, so that we can adjust your invoice accordingly.
MAKEUP CLASSES
To be fair to all families, class fees must be paid for regardless of attendance. However, if you’re planning a holiday of 3 or more weeks and provide 4 weeks’ written notice, we may be able to make accommodations. For missed classes, we’re happy to offer up to 2 makeup classes per term as a support to our wonderful families.
BOOK DISCOVERY DAY!FLEXI PAYMENT PLANS
In 2025, we’re excited to introduce flexible payment plans, allowing you to spread your term fees across multiple instalments within the term. These plans will be managed through a direct debit system, and registration will be required if you choose this option.
